Through BuilderTrend, clients can:

Each client is given secure access via computer or mobile device, with login details provided by our team. Depending on the project, access is tailored so you can see the information that matters most.
Selections are set with clear allowances and due dates, helping us stay on time and within budget, while keeping you fully involved in the process. With daily updates and photo logs, you’ll always know exactly how your build is progressing.
BuilderTrend is the Job Management System (JMS) that East Coast Constructions has implemented to manage our projects, track budgets, utilize ‘to do’ lists, Daily Logs, and to choose Selections, PC Items, and Fixtures listed on the quote of the build. Each client will receive access to BuilderTrend. The access will vary for each client depending on the project. Buildertrend can be accessed online using a computer or mobile device. East Coast Constructions will provide the client with a Login and Password.
We aim to upload Daily Logs each day to help keep the clients informed.

Our Job Management System (JMS) - BuilderTrend
Daily Logs allow ECC Tradesmen to upload images and updates to mark the progress of the project. This system allows the Home Owner to remain informed about the building process.
Owner Portal gives the customer/client access to the Daily logs, budgets and Selections
Other Features Communication between onsite Carpenters and Builder, documents, photos etc are all managed through buildertrend keeping all relevant information about your project in the one place, you can also request Change Orders/variations and when job is complete you still have access to the site for any Warranty Claims
