Parks & Wildlife –
Cooks Beach, Freycinet National Park

This remote works project for Parks & Wildlife required building expertise far beyond a standard site. Located at Cooks Beach in Freycinet National Park, the project demanded a unique logistical approach to protect the environment while delivering essential public health and hygiene facilities.
With no road access, our team coordinated specialised barges and helicopters to deliver supplies and equipment. This level of planning required next-level logistics, strict scheduling, and careful coordination with pilots and marine operators. Above all, safety was our priority — every stage was managed to ensure the protection of our team, contractors, and the delicate environment.
Despite the challenges, the outcome was a purpose-built amenities facility that supports environmental protection, public health, and visitor safety, ensuring people can enjoy the park responsibly while preserving its pristine natural setting.
Parks & Wildlife -Hazards Beach Stairs
Status: Completed
We can’t deny this was one of the most incredible spots we’ve ever worked on — Hazards Beach is truly one of the best views in Australia. But with a location this remote, every step of the build came with a logistical challenge.
Access was limited, so our team had to carefully plan and navigate the delivery of equipment and materials.
The end result: a durable, well-constructed stairway that improves access for visitors while protecting the fragile coastal environment. A project that perfectly balances function, safety, and respect for place.
