East Coast Constructions has been chosen to deliver the newest flagship tourism destination on Tasmania’s East Coast—Wineglass Bay Estate. Opening in 2026, the project features architecturally designed luxury cabins and a striking cellar door, finished with premium materials and craftsmanship.
Positioned on the main gateway to Freycinet National Park, Wineglass Bay Estate is set to become one of the region’s most iconic destinations. Zane and the East Coast Constructions team have been consulting with the developers for more than three years, providing trusted advice and careful guidance throughout the planning stages.

Completed - Community Project
Supporting our local community is at the heart of what we do. When safe access to Sandpiper Beach became a priority for locals, East Coast Constructions was proud to step in. We answered the call by donating our time, skills, and materials to restore the beach access and ensure it could be safely enjoyed once again.

Designed with durability and community use in mind, the build will enhance local infrastructure while providing a modern, functional space that supports the town’s growing visitor needs.
